1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and ku8 ("ku8", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ku8 online gaming platform available at ku8.bar and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any service offered by ku8, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. ku8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at ku8.bar/terms-conditions.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to the ku8 Platform is strictly limited to persons who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are not accessing the Platform as an agent or representative of another person.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by ku8 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a director, employee, consultant, agent, affiliate partner, or supplier of ku8, or a close family member of any such person.

ku8 performs age and identity verification ("KYC" — Know Your Customer) checks on all members prior to processing a first withdrawal. You may be required to submit government-issued photo identification (such as a Bangladesh National ID Card or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by ku8 may result in suspension of withdrawal rights and, in cases of suspected fraud or misrepresentation, permanent account closure.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of ku8 services, you must register a personal account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact method. You must keep this information up to date at all times.

Each person may hold only one registered account on the ku8 Platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ku8 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close such accounts and to void any associated balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals without compensation.

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify ku8 immediately at [email protected].

3.2 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. ku8 may close or suspend an account without prior notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected. Upon closure, any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited. Real-money balances remaining after bonus forfeiture will be returned to your designated withdrawal method following successful KYC verification.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

ku8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of the transaction. Accepted methods for members in Bangladesh currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. ku8 does not accept cash deposits or deposits from third-party accounts not held in your own name.

4.1 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction for mobile wallet methods.
• Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are shown within your account settings.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

All withdrawals are subject to KYC identity verification being completed on the account. Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified members are processed within 15–30 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within one business day for bank transfers, under normal operating conditions. ku8 reserves the right to extend processing times where additional security checks are required.

4.3 Withdrawal to Original Method

As a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure, withdrawals will be returned via the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. If the original payment method is no longer available, ku8 may request documentation before authorising an alternative withdrawal route.

4.4 Currency

The ku8 Platform operates in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in BDT. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote Bangladeshi Taka amounts.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ku8 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible members from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotional events tied to events such as the BPL cricket season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion at the time it is offered.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members who make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for a 100% first-deposit match bonus up to ৳20,000. To qualify, the deposit must meet the stated minimum deposit threshold for the promotion. The welcome bonus is available once per member, once per household, and once per device or IP address.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. Before any withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be requested, the applicable wagering requirement must be met in full. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account, failing which the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ku8 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk; exploiting technical errors in bonus calculation; and using bonus funds in game types excluded from wagering contribution. Where bonus abuse is detected, ku8 reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate associated winnings, and permanently close the account without prior notice or compensation.

5.4 Changes to Promotions

ku8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for recreational players and are not transferable. Bonus offers may be subject to country, payment method, or game restrictions which will be stated in the individual promotion terms.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the ku8 Platform are provided by certified third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Play'n GO, among others. Each game operates according to the rules published by its respective provider. In the event of any conflict between a game provider's rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail in matters relating to account management and payment, while the game provider's rules shall govern game-specific mechanics and outcomes.

6.1 RNG Certification

All random number generator (RNG) slot and table games available on the ku8 Platform are sourced from providers whose RNG systems are independently tested and certified for fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available from the game provider's published specifications. ku8 does not alter game outcomes or RTP values.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during a game session, ku8 will endeavour to resolve the issue in good faith. Wagers placed during a confirmed system malfunction may be voided and stakes returned to the member's account. ku8 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures on the member's device or internet connection.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are subject to the specific market rules published in the sports betting section of the Platform. Markets are offered subject to the following general rules: in-play wagers are accepted until the event is locked at the designated cut-off point; voided markets will have stakes returned; and results are confirmed based on official scorecards or match reports from the relevant governing body (ICC, FIFA, etc.).

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ku8 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of ku8 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Platform's content without express written permission from ku8.

9. Privacy and Personal Data

ku8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy. We implement 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions and apply industry-standard data security practices to protect your information against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification service providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law. 10. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ku8 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering more than one account, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to gain an unfair advantage in games or promotions.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in poker or live dealer games.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or security infrastructure.
• Depositing funds from a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Abusing bonuses or promotional offers as described in Section 5.3.

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ku8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

ku8's total aggregate liability to any member in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit ku8's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Amendments, Governing Law, and Contact

ku8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of online gaming and consumer contract law applicable in the jurisdiction in which ku8 operates. Any dispute arising from the use of the Platform that cannot be resolved informally through our support team may be referred to arbitration under procedures notified to you at the time of the dispute.
